Currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) qualified in Clinical Business Analysis to fill a position in Silver Spring, MD. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctoral level education &/or experience and at least 3 years of Behavioral Health clinic experience with experience in adult education, facilitation, training, &/or curriculum development.
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Business Analyst

- Assist with developing an organization and human network infrastructure to improve implementation within the DoD Behavioral Health community.
- Support the Practice Based Implementation Network (PBI Network) team.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on the most effective strategies for delivering behavioral health care and health care in a primary care environment.
- Develop and implement metrics that will allow for the effective monitoring of provider performance in the field.
- Participate in conference calls with site champions in the field. Participate in weekly staff meetings with DoD and Network site staff and other meetings as required.
- Write final reports on the implementation of clinical practices and other projects as needed.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Involved in the collection of data, data analysis and interpretation of data for assigned projects.
- Involved in the presentation of results during meetings and conferences. Prepare abstracts and slides for presentations.
- Work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Serve as an integral member of training events and play a key role in the development of training materials, evaluation materials and surveys.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Business Analyst

- Master's Degree in related behavioral health (nurse, LCSW, etc.); Doctoral level education &/or experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Behavioral Health clinic experience and experience with adult education, facilitation, training, &/or curriculum development
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, organizational and group presentation skills
- Knowledge of Psychological Health Clinical Research
- Skilled in workload, program and project management
- Ability to lead or supervise a team of professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Military experience including Military Treatment Facility or VA Outpatient clinic experience
- Experience with web content, instruction or other e-learning technology
- Must be able to obtain and maintain public trust security clearance and pass a background check
- Ability to travel as needed (<5%)
