Our client is looking for candidates who will telephonically help educate consumers, answer questions, quote rates and coverage's, and help them enroll. You will serve as a consumer advocate in order to assess their healthcare needs and then build a comprehensive solution.
This position will start approximately the beginning of July and will last through open enrollment with some assignments continuing through March.
Product training provided. Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
Client offers free parking and shuttle service to and from building, with outlying parking as needed. This site is also serviced by public transportation. Professional and clean environment with a client who offers activities to promote employee engagement.
Ideal candidate must have current health license in Pennsylvania
Great customer service skills
Must have outstanding verbal communication
Must be computer literate, familiar with Windows PC applications; and have the ability to learn new systems
Our candidates must have a high school diploma or GED
Must be able to connect and engage individuals over the phone
Consistently display a high level of integrity and professionalism
Conscientious attendance and punctuality is required
Bi-Lingual in Spanish; seniors, and veterans are all urged to apply
